I'm pretty sure they are untradable. You can wield them without completeing it fully. You can get the staff then you have to go back and cast 100 spells.

Go to Vannaka in the Edgeville dungeon and get slayer tasks until your desired level. Trust me you'll be mad that you didn't train slayer sooner.

I don't think so, chaos druids are better for getting herbs btw, they're lvl 12 and have 20 hp and drop herbs every other drop.

Get 40 combat and go to the dark wizards, either at draynor or..south of varrock at the stone hedge (sp) thn kill as many as you can, they drop runes quite often. I've gotten over 1k nats from there
