March 11, 200719 yr I'm not up to date with the new updates and was wondering if there was a level where you got a "Congratulations you can now craft blood runes" message? I think it was rc level 77, not sure if anyone can confirm it for me though. Thanks.
March 11, 200719 yr I believe they recently removed all those messages, so you won't see them I don't know the level they were at before though.

March 11, 200719 yr Yes when you achieved the required levels it would say that for both Blood and Soul runes. I know that the soul rune message was removed recently, and it was posted in General P2P. I think that level was 91. I believe Blood runes is 77.

March 12, 200719 yr Here's a screenshot from when I reached 77 runecrafting. However, there may not be any more blood rune message, considering they took out the soul rune message for 91 runecrafting.
