I have rank 3 prayer at lvl 9 and i have lvl 22 prayer. I should have total of 42 prayer speced. 3*=20+22 =42 prayer which should give me wind protective... Yet i am still casting weak red.. Why?

prayer doesnt give 10 levels bonus per spec, its magic that does that.

I say no to low magic and I would also get that ranged up a bit. Magic gives you nice extra damage and also protects from your enemys magic damage a bit.

It is, but it's pretty hard to reach those ranks and it's not recommended.

Just a thought... but wouldn't it be a smart idea to make your character's name not reflect that of his spec? Otherwise pkers can target specifically specced characters by seeing what's in their name. For example, one of my characters is a mountain, and I generally prefer to target marksmen and sharpshooters instead of other fighters. Seeing "sharpshooter" in their name is a big help.

That would be for a personal choice for the fun or the strategy of the game.

 

Some people intentionally named their Hercules based fighters with a Priest related name and their Juggernaugth with a Sharpshooter's name like a Hercules Sayyourprayers, a Mountain named Rangedbeast and a Priest named iSpell to lure the right PKers to them.
