Meh, guess I'll explain a little. It probably won't make it any funnier right now, but as you start to understand it more and hear some other Russian reversal jokes...Maybe it will...

 

It''s supposed to be making fun of the Soviet Union, known as Soviet Russia in these jokes. The after saying "In Soviet Russia", you say an action you do, except reversed. Like doing homework. So..."In Soviet Russia, homework do YOU!" (The "YOU" is always capitalized.)

 

At least that's what I think it is...Let's see what Wiki says...Click. If you want more examples, try Google or Uncyclopedia.
