I'm pretty sure I went to Taverly, then Cathbury, then Seers, then Ardonage, then Castle Wars. But I could be wrong, my memory isn't the best.

Well I went to taverly because I couldn't teleport much.

I remember the night before so well. I thought members was going to be raging cities burning and people firing arrows at each other. A magic circle where I could get anything. Then I saw nothingness when I walked into taverly. But, I still love runescape.

I would put a cool link here but I don't know how.

Isn't the poll a bit flawed? afterall (assuming you didn't/couldn't teleport)

You would have to go through Taverly (the first members place?) to reach, Ardounge, Seers Village, Gnome stronghold etc etc

and to be honest, when I became members all I wanted to do was do the quests had no idea about the names of towns and skills etc

I teleported to Camelot... then it took me like 3 days to figure out how to get around.

Well, I guess that means that your vote would be Taverly.

I did Lost City, then went to the Trees near Castle Wars, and started Fletching. :XD:

^ Thanks Tiff <3:

i became a member because my little cousin is one aswell and i am a happy zamorack :)

:D

This kind of a small "separation" for the non-members or pure f2p players. Hopefully, this isn't the affirmative action I am seeing right now, it's only for "members".

No, I do not want to become a member, I would never be one, I will never be a member.

Still F2P for better or worse.

heh, welcome to the world of noobscape, its made up of purescape, autoscape, and sadscape, it makes up 60% of all of runescape :(

TzHaar. I was on Karamja when I got mems, and figured that it was the closest mems place. I saw the cool (hot?) walls and floor, saw the high lvl npcs, and decided not to stick around to see if they were aggresive. So I teled to Lumby and got 45 fletching that day. \'

First time I went into mems for real, I got lost on my way from Seer's to Gnome Stronghold.

It was more than a month after I got mems that I finally visited Ardougne for the first time.

Btw, I took forever to go through the Taverly gate. When I finally did, I was going from the p2p to the f2p side.

The members part of varrock.

Doomy edit: I like sheep

lol, i remember when i first got members... it took me a whole month just to do "the lost city" quest, and THEN i found out that i needed 60 attack to wield the damned dagger... anyway, i guess the first members place i went would have to be zanaris then, if memory serves me. month two of membership, (i was a wc noob... its all i ever did, and yet i only had something like 40 wc... the shame.) i went in search of teak and mahogany trees... they were my ultimate dream... then i saw seers. i must have spent ages just standing around asking people what its like cutting yew trees, until finally i discovered that i had progressed from willows, up to the mighty maple! about 2 weeks afterwards, i was onto yews, and now i will be found, still, at seers, working towards 99 woodcutting! i have 83 atm, and i plan on gaining many more fletching levels, so that i can be completely self sufficient in-game soon.

back on topic...

members is quite different from f2p. first off, there is always somewhere with NO-ONE around. secondly, the scams are a lot worse... i found out the hard way with my green mask...

I went to Port Sarim and killed goblins on controlled with my Bronze Spear for a few days.

I got like, 20 combat levels xP.
