I just finished both Recigide and Roving Elves starting at 53 agility, and I'll tell you now, you will get through a fair few pots. It makes it a lot easier, and you can take food instead of the agility pots. It seriously took like 5 seconds for my agility level to go from 70 to 69 when I was potting for the pipes to the blue dragons. Be sure you are prepared to go in immeadiately when you sniff your pot.
