Whenever there is ~1200+ people on a server I lag loads, it's fine up until that point but anymore and it's unplayable =/

 

 

 

It means the only times I can actualy go online is during the day... when I'm at college. When I come back from college it's usualy busy and it's busy all weekend =/

 

 

 

This is really annoying and severely reduces my time playing :(

 

 

 

Anyone else have a problem or is it just me?

 

 

 

Maybe I should try the English servers =P

Get a new computer and broadband internet like me; I never get lag

No idea why when it gets to that point I start lagging uncontrollably. English server doesn't appear to be any better either.

im having the same problem.i play world war 2 online and that never lags so it must be the servers.

Thats, true since some people just log in for the event items :-k , but how long has this problem been going on?

It's been happening for a few weeks I suppose.

 

 

 

I just changed server a few times and went to one I was on earlier which was lagging and now the lag has gone :o

My character has been a bit more jumpy lately, but luckily it's not causing any major problems for me, just takes a bit longer to get around places.

No problem for me.

Try using a different Java applet.

use the germans worlds then as it dont have any people on it

Are you playing on high or low detail?

It's probably just laggy because of the newly released Easter event. It will go away soon.. in a week or so when the event is over.

I find it laggy at the weekend, but not unplayably so.

 

 

 

I especially find it laggy on update days too, but again, not to the extent where the game is unplayable.

I tried the german servers but if anything I was lagging more :-s

and in the mornings when americans are asleep it's brilliant but in the evenings when americans are awake it's terrible

I'm lagging quite much lately, even when there are close to no players online.... And when playing Rome: Total War, or GTA I don't have any problems.....

I haven't been experiencing anything too laggy.

 

Although hopefully after the easter event you'll loose the "un-playable lagg" :

Glad it's not just me then. Jagex must have changed something that makes it more laggy, no idea what though... Maybe a few Location based servers.

 

 

 

English ONLY, American Only ETC. Your IP would have to be in that country to play on those servers. All the current servers would be "global" that everyone can access.

yeah been lagging for me as well but like upwards of a week and a half, probably my computer though, it's broke so many times it's probably ready to be shot

Runescape (not my computer) freezes randomly for 5 seconds if that counts.

I get that too sometimes, The runescape screen just freezes for a few seconds every now and then, Very annoying.

I have been getting white screened horribly if im not on a world close to my location. :(
