I was just fighting zombies and I thought of the idea of new respawn animations. For example, what if, when a zombie respawned, it would claw it's way out of the ground. When a Man or Woman (or Werewolf) respawned, he would come from inside a house (or outside, if you are inside). Skeletons would emerge from bonepiles lying around. Demons would emerge from arcane portals.

Lol yeah that's a good idea actually. Not only for zombies maybe for more creatures each one with some typical spawn movement associated with their race.

Yeah but think of how man monsters there are and you have one for each monster.

 

 

 

I'd support if this can be added without taking up too much memory, because this is a great idea, don't get me wrong.

I know it'll make the game more enjoyable, but I prefer less enjoyment (graphically) to lots of lag.

Dude if this were to come true there wouldn't be a lag because of it. It'd take up memory just like everything else but it'd be normal lol.

You never know unless you can hack into Jagex's computer systems and find out how much memory space is left. And in that case you'll have other things in mind than this.

I mean c'mon doesn't take much to figure that if Jagex can put new things in the game like the Easter update, affecting both p2p and f2p worlds, and not make it lag it can also put a more detailed spawner.

 

Not saying it wouldn't require hard work, but the game is prepared for things like that.

PS-Easter did make my computer lag quite a bit. But it was livable, so if this makes the game lag, I guess I could deal with it.

You could tell. The graphics are stored locally on your hard drive. However, im not sure about the animations.

That would be awesome to have respawn animations, and it would also be cool if they didn't respawn in the exact same place every time.

it wasn't the easter event itself that made comps lag, it was the INSANE ammount of people who checked it out. but yeah, different respawn animations would be interesting. heh, would also make it a BIT easier for combat trainin people because of the advance warning (1-2 seconds is a lifeime at 3 hp, trust me i know ;) ). would also be funny to watch little nublets go ape-**** watching something claw its way from the ground just in front of 'em :thumbsup: :lol:

This would make the game more enjoyable for sure. I'm not sure what the Man south of Falador would do, though. But yes, I think I can support this based on the idea, not the memory it could take up as that is for Jagex to determine. :thumbup:

i don't support, what if you're in a fight with.. say the kq and someones down there killing the little dudes in the room. if you're low on health and a kalphite justs bursts out of an egg where your standing you probably won't notice that 27 that just got hit onto your hp and you'd probably die on that next hit. the way they spawn now is perfectly fine anyways.
