The quality is low because he blurs a duplicated layer and sets it to a low capacity to get rid of some sharp edges that terragen can create which in effect make it look even worse. It's not his best but it's still one of the best on the media board considering there are very few active landscapers and Nadril is one of the best of them on the boards, at least in my humble opinion.

1525: actualy its a 3-5px blur than soft light. I usualy do it to give it a nice soft, warm feel.
