I was thinking about training range here, but I can't decide between crystal bow, obby rings, or mithril knives. How many shots/knives/rings do you would think I would lose per hour? Also, which one would you say is the best? One more thing, does ava accumulator work with obby rings?

Yes most range stuff does.

 

And there kinda spendy so id only recommend them at avis.

 

Try using msb or r cbow with bronze or iron amo.
