Well I got 70 Con a few weeks ago and I am ready to remodel my house! The only problem is that I don't know what to do. O:) Lol well I need my fellow Tip.iters to help me get a perfect design. I have this design in mind but something is not quote right. Well here is the design the 1st floor and dungeon:

I would like to people also give me ideas and help me get a really hot design :XD:. Things that you should keep in mind:

 

1) Money is NOT something to worry about

 

2) I do barrows a lot so I would like the portals and alter near the entrance

 

3) I will make every possible guilded item

 

4) When I finally get my design I will invite all the people that helped and have a hawt party :mrgreen:

its nice but,..... wheres the second floor?

I decided not to add a second floor, everything thats in the dungeon was the second floor and I wanted to make my dungeon a bit bigger? Any suggestions?

Cool. I never knew you could build non-dungeon rooms in the dungeon level.

If you were planning to use the house for a lot of prayer you might want to consider moving the chapel below the garden although it may look a little strange.

 

 

 

You could then move the quest hall where the chapel used to be (opposite the skill hall) and then move down the dining room and throne room.

 

 

 

Just a thought, I don't think it'd look quite as good but it'd be more practical for prayer.

Um if you line up the oubliette with the throne room, then neither of the dungeon stairs line up with any other stairs, is this a problem?

That house looks nice to me! Why spend so much to remodel?

Make a altar room in the dungeon.

 

Edit: Also make a fighting room with a ring in dungeon

 

Edit2: go to house parties(Usually go to w6 rimmington)

Ok guys thanks to all of you I decided to make my house the way I designed it!! And I really like it =] If you want to see it Pm me w99 Watchtower. Just pm because I am fishing lobs. I tonight Finally got a big shark and it looks great on my house! So everyone that wants to see my house finished it is done. I made a few changes to the design tho.

Just make sure that the 2nd door in the chapel leads to your portal chamber with the Karhyll teleport (Canafis bar). Also have your hall with the mounted amulet of glory close to your portal exit and chapel. I prob will tear my house down and rebuild when I get the cash also but would be hard to replace my nice costume room.

 

 

 

Not many people know u can have someone build all the furniture packs and put them in your own house (even if the level they have is way higher)

The layout looks awesome, and btw do you have to do DT to use Karhyll portal?
