quantumkik
heres something aseell to consider when people say that high levels should hunt alone. at 99 hunter with all the larupia stats bonuses, hunter potted and hunter cape,i still get red chinchompas disabling my traps But at that level it never happens that 1 chinchompa manages to disable all your 5 traps. So most of the time if they disable a trap, they jump in the next one. I'd rather that this next trap is mine then somebody elses! Some of them manage to get away (disable 1 trap and walk away from the other traps), but then the other chinchompas in the area still keep me busy. There are only a few times when I need to wait because all the chinchompas have walked away. And only at those times I would benefit from sharing. GrimHams
I've never hunted before, but if im at a spot and someone logs in i expect them to hop if i've been there before them (if its a spot where only one person can train properly) because if i had turned up i'd log. oddfaery2
Yes they're spawning faster, but then half of them are going into the other person's traps. Personally I like doing any skill alone when it comes to getting resources (WCing, mining, hunting, slayer, etc). I don't like having to wait around for the respawns when there's another person there if I can get it all to myself and never have to wait around otherwise, y'know? As for hunting, I haven't tried doing it with another person around, cuz the few times I've done it, I was polite and hopped till I found an empty world, but I always take my bow and arrows to kill off the chinchompas that run way far away, that way they'll respawn faster. Proud to have gotten 1800 skill total before access to fishing guild Why make a house when you can rob one?
aznmidget448
Hmmm... interesting. I'll have to remember that once I start leveling hunter again.
Deiophobus
I usually wait for them to leave. I honestly don't mind.
JimmyMcNabb
I was training with casserole (ranked 4th in game) at red chins... she was awfully happy to share and chatty, makes training easier 'cause the chins spawn faster aslo have someone to talk to.. =)
Harding_10
I like hunting by myself, just an opinion, but yesterday i was hunting red chins in an empty world that took me a while to find. And some random lvl 93 logs in. Puts his traps on where mine were and tells me to gtfo cuz I'm a dumb noob pure.
