If we can make TELEBLOCK spell on F2P there wont be such amount of "teletubbies". Out of your wagon?I have fought many a time in the wilderness over level 10 where people did not teleport. In fact, i would go so far to say that the inverse of your fake statistic is true; .2/10 people teleport over level 10 wild. Great job, Einstein. Might I also add that you should really work on your skills in the arts of deception-right now, they are the equivalent of level one.
