No he's not a commie, but the world wide web has no rules and if they are set in place by an admin/webmaster then they must be followed. So basically you could say the rules on tip.it are the laws of tip.it and you must follow them.

If a human were to wield it, it would be two-handed, as well as have a disgustingly large curve with an angle that would allow you to punch holes into your own body with a backswing. That, and it's not particularly aesthetically pleasing.
