I dont make combo runes but I dont think you need talisamans this method

flesh crawlers are good way in one hour i got 200 of them

You can always go to the Mage Training Arena store to buy Combination Runes. It'll be expensive since you need to use runes to get Pizzaz points. By the way, why do you need Dust runes?

I use them for the house teleport spell, I can't make teletabs yet.

flesh crawlers definitely, and they drop alot of herbs also, usually high level ones for me, not like chaos druids, guams 24/7

3rd (or so) on the flesh crawlers. They drop a fairly consistant amount of them, and its much easier then combo runes. Also as a quick aside, abyss monsters drop decent tallys. If you use the fairy rings to the "non abyss, abyss" its not too bad.
