darthdude21
This is my first guide ever so don't whine and moan if you don't like it. You may call this an exploit or something, but I think it's fine. This is also meant to be short, sweet, and to the point. In just a few simple steps, I will show you an easy way to train with out getting hurt(mostly)! This might be hard for low levels. I. Location A.Falador II. Items Needed A. A Halberd of Your Choice B. Armour If You Want It C. Food if you are a low level. Process First Step Go to the White Knight Castle in Falador. Enter the West Round room. Second Step Turn on run. Attack a guard, and then run behind the table. Third Step Continue beating the crap out of the knights receiving no damage. Notes It is possible to receive damage when you first hit a knight due to their auto-retaliate. This area is multi-combat, so find a world with out people in that area. There are 2 knights that respawn in that room. It takes 30-45 seconds for them to spawn. I hope this guide is helpful to some. Remember, the knights are lvl 36, so if you are a low level take some food just in case something goes wrong.

shurgen
lol definitely not an exploit, what the halberd was made for ^^
eggzs
this is not an exploit as thew halberd was made for this but there are many better hally spots such as black demons or hell hounds (idk, i thought em up on the spot) and one may possibly even go to pest control
lavaownz
it would be a good idea to mention the amount of xp per hour atleast, as well as drops they give. ok for your first guide, crop the pics tho Rofl. My chair has a fridge, a cooler, a toilet, a shower, and a barbecue bulit in.Hey, I may have quite Runescape, but I just bought an XBOX 360 and play way to much COD4 with the Gamertag Lava Mage

Owned_Nex
This is more like a tip, not a guide. Also, there are tons of spots to hally them Dungeoneering isn't a skill. I'm faster than bots at Sorceress Garden. PM me if you want to chat. My PM is always off. My keyboard is on fire. Want some?
pkfr0mafar
You should change the title fo the guide, cause the first thing i thought when i read it was, "I have 'A Damage Free Guide to Training Your Melee' too. Its killing chickens." No offence, but you should change it to 'A Damage Free Guide to Training Your Melee Efficiently' even though i'm not sure if it really is that effient. End Of Year, F2P lvl 3 skiller. Other account, Pkfr0mafar, EX noob-PKer.
crow
yes, and it isn't good for people who want those white knight armour-things.
myeman60
not really..you have to kill black knights in order to get armor from them. killing white knights just lowers your count.

aoe325
This is a merely a well known technique which you tried to turn into a guide and failed miserably. -1/10.. The hally was made for this stuff!!SHIFT+1!! You fail at comunity life, please try again. :x On Topic : The guide/tip is nice and all even with the bad cropping but it seems to be VERY poor xp per hour, I mean from my point of view it would be faster taking the damages and using the loot to buy the food you need afterward (good training food is REALLY cheap when you know where to look). So that tip isnt very useful... at least for me Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
