Kashi
My niece is 3, and she's fine in public (this from a girl who hates children as much as the poster). I think once they start to learn a bit more, they can understand how they're supposed to act in public places. But any child below 2 years of age, well ... Hopefully in the future they will have time machines so we can skip that entire phase. My greatest ambition is to kill every member of the human race. However I am a realist and therefore know that I probably wont be able to.
darkforaster
we were all kids once. its natural. what do you want the parents to do? not have kids to end the next generation just because a librarian is getting ticked off? give them pills to shut them up? I'm sure you wouldn't like it if I stuffed pilled down your throat just so you can shut up aout rants about kids. maybe leave them at home? that reflects on a poor job of the parents, not willing to even let their kids explore the library and store just to avoid their loud instinctive behavior. If the kids cry for apparently no reason, then there's something wrong with the parent. there's always a reason. just that a lot of the time the parents don't know what to do or they do but decide to not make it their problem. "hey, let the kid cry, pretend he's not ours!" Haha, your misguided anger made you blind to the actual point of the post. As many have gathered, the parents are at fault. Whether or not I made that clear enough in my writing, varies from person to person... It's just as bad parenting if they stuff them inside all the time. It may annoy you, but eventually these experiences will make them more mature for the future. Just get used to it. If the parent tries nothing to stop the baby crying. THAT'S when the problem starts. They should take the kids whenever they want. Despite it being annoying for you. Just get used to it. But if the parent doesn't do anything about it then there is something very wrong. Just ask the parent about trying to aid the child. If it doesn't work. That's not her fault. Sometimes they whine for the sake of it. Ignoring it is actually a big help. If the child understands that by whining and winging he/she will not get anything out of it. They'll soon stop. After the first few visits, the child would be much more mature trust me.. Throw a Pikachu/Spongebob doll in the middle of the room. They will kill eachother over it, thus solving the problem.   :XD:  ROFL. Hilarious way to solve the problem. Striker6
It so annoying and there's no way I'm explaining to some kid why they should get out of the way of my car. Their parents should have taught them that 3000 lbs of metal and 200 horsepower is going to destroy 60 pounds of little kid. Are we talking about you still, or the car? I laughed in real life reading that  Same  Deloriagod, in every post you make you seem to inform us that you have a car, so do I, but I don't mention it to everybody. the_god_of_soup
First, let me say that i agree with you whole-heartedly, and that many times I feel like putting their jaw in a vice. The whole time while reading your post, I noticed that you have almost the exact some opinion as this guy(he rocks); http://www.maddox.xmission.com The spelling and grammar of that email was that of an 11 year old palestinian goatboy who is speaking english for the first timeQuite simply, Facebook craps on Myspace. hoovermage
I completely know what you mean. Kids do this because there parents spoil them and let them get there way. The kids have learned that when they scream they get what they want so they do it all the time. It is the parents fault. My Girlfriend has 3 siblings and the youngest one is so spoiled. She is 4 years old and she screams to get what she wants and even worse is that her parents give it to her. I saw them one day and her dad was carrying her and she said she wanted ice cream. He said no and so she screams this deathly scream in his ear and he put her down and goes to get her ice cream! Me and my girlfriend know she is spoiled. If my kid screams in my ear i will lock her in a room till she can settle down. That will teach her. 98% Of teenagers surround their minds with rap music, if you're part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature, ROCK IS BETTER!
