vastolive93
Yep yep. Its Vasto's race to 99 fm'ing with Shortninja1 (look for blog-eth) ((coming soon to a computer screen near u!!)). Since I'm a sore loser, I'm looking to get the upper hand xp wise. I was wondering as I was cutting yews in Seers...Is this the best firemaking xp? Yews take a long time to get a full inventory and they are the best wc'ing and fm'ing xp I can get right now. But is speed better than xp? Lvls are: Woodcutting-69 Firemaking-61 Wats the best way to get 99 fm'ing? I'm not gonna buy my logs. I'm cutting all of them...I want a trimmed skillcape so I'm going for 99 wc as well. This will be included in the blog. Ty in advance to Selbub for helping me with my blog...Even if he doesn't know he's helping yet. :XD: All help is appreciated...unless it's stupid. Example of stupid: Cut cheese..it's the best xp!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Miniclip is now the number one cause of death.
Madouge
Cut cheese, its best exp You knew that was coming, I imagine willows would be better exp. It's fastest woodcutting exp I hear, if you cut them up by barbarian assault and bank your logs and burn them later, I think that would be best. Click the pic if you wanna see a Ranged Slayer blog. Aidos Drakon
Willows are the fastest wc exp in the game. I got 99 wc and now trying to get 99 fm. I have enough willows from wc to get 99 fm. 90/99 fm atm. A great place for firemaking is to burn right outside the bank in port phasmatys. People who ask our advice almost never take it. Yet we should never refuse to give it, upon request, for it often helps us to see our own way more clearly.--Brendan Francis
The_Kuniva
If you are cutting your logs then willows, if buying then maples or yews (depending on how much you want to spend lol)
nephite
When I train firemaking I burn logs I get from my kingdom of miscellania. You can then soley focus on wc afterwards to make money back.

Dazzuh
I wouldn't bother, what benefits does firemaking give above about level 60? Currently not active on RuneScape.
Celestrana
I wouldn't bother, what benefits does firemaking give above about level 60? Sure, it's called Shade Burning. I've never tried this myself but maybe you can burn mahogany logs. Mahogany logs chop as fast as willow and gives more exp than willow but not as much as yew. I think burning mahogany logs is a good alternative to willow and/or yew burning. If I remember correctly, there's a few mahogany trees in the Karazai Jungle (requires Legends Quest) and there's definitely mahogany trees on Ape Atoll (requires Monkey Madness). I've stopped training Firemaking ever since I've switched to members but I use to burn willow logs at Rimmington. It has a very nice 27-grids long burn line.
