Tutorial Island Guide!!!

This is my first guide soooooo :pray:

 

 

 

Anyway. :D You might be wondering why you need a guide for Tutorial Island.

 

 

 

Well, I'm going to tell you what you CAN and CAN NOT do on tut island. I'm also going to show you how to take FULL ADVANTAGE of tutorial island.

 

 

 

Also, I also made this guide as short and straightforward as possible.

 

 

 

What you CAN do:

 

 

 

Get to lvl 3 in each skill. Not higher.

 

 

 

Get like infinite runes and arrows. :thumbsup:

 

 

 

I think the closest furnace, anvil, AND ores together in the game, so you can make as many daggers as you want.

 

 

 

Get up to 54 total level.

 

 

 

Explore all you want!!!!!

 

 

 

What you CANNOT do:

 

 

 

You can't keep your runes or arrows that you got. I tried it once. When I was sent to mainland my bank was wiped and all it had was the stuff my guides gave me and 30gp. No 10000 bronze arrows, no 27 bronze daggers, no 5000 runes. :boohoo:

 

 

 

You won't gain any more experience after getting to level 3.

 

 

 

Once you exit the hunting place to get your bow and arrow, you can't go back in. :(

 

 

 

You can't make anything better than daggers on tutorial island. =/

 

 

 

Now for the tutorial island walkthrough.

Welcome to tutorial island!!! The first thing I do when I get there is turn my contrast all the way up!

First is the Survival guide. Use her to get your woodcutting, firemaking, fishing, skill to 3. =D

 

 

 

Secondly is the cooking guide. Cook all your raw shrimp with his range.

 

 

 

I recommend you throw away all your stuff. (Pots, axes, tinderboxes) because they'll be back in your bank as soon as you depart Tut island!

 

 

 

Once you exit the house, you get access to the emotes, which allow you to somewhat commune to other players! =D ( I haven't tested this out yet. I tried using some emotes like wave, but no one replied. :()

Now on to the quest guide. I usually just breeze through the conversation with him, but this time I notice something. There's a staircase that leads upstairs! =O When I go up, the arrow is still pointing to where the trapdoor is, but on the bottom floor. Hehe

Now, ON TO THE MINING INSTRUCTOR! =D

 

 

 

Mine and smith until your mining and smithing lvl is 3. Easy enough.

Now on to the combat instructor. Just sit back and kill alot of rats. Wow.... so many 0's... :wall:

 

 

 

Get your attack and str lvl up. (Def and Prayer too if you want.)

 

 

 

Upsides: You can't die. Good bone drops too.

 

 

 

Downsides: No hp experience. But oh well, you're just missing out on like what? 100 HP exp? You can make that up later, won't really affect you that much...

Now for the ranging part

 

 

 

Get about 250 bronze arrows from him. (By talking to him and dropping them, then picking then up again after getting more.) You can still get more even after killing a giant rat.

Prayer prayer blah bah blah...

 

 

 

Now go to the mage. Wield the bronze dagger (It gives a +1 magic bonus) and kill the chickens. :o You'll probably level the fastest at this.

 

 

 

Be sure to get like 100+ runes from him. Just keep clicking on him. After you attack a chicken, you won't be able to get any more runes from him.

 

 

 

Note that you can use the same spell over and over again. If you don't level up to 3 when you're out of runes, don't worry. You're probably close to level 3 already. Just use the runes on the goblins / ducks on the mainland and you'll be level 3 in no time.

 

 

 

Anyway, remember that this is my first guide. =D

 

 

 

And please don't go "Z0mG i'm giving dis a 1/10 becuz no picturessss!!!!" I mean come on, You don't need pictures for this kind of guide. :P Pictures will just make it more complex than it needs to be.

Make the HEADLINES jump out a bit more by adding more colours and play with the font size. Also pictures would make the guide alot more atractive, and clear.

Tutorial island is basically a guide, if you cant pass it without using this you shouldnt be playing runescape, also i doubt anyones going to see this guide before they actually have started the game.

Yeah I made this guide to show what you can and can't do on tutorial island. Because last time I spent like 10 minutes collecting arrows, then when I move from the mainland they were all gone. :o

 

 

 

Anyway, it's a guide about how to take full advantage of tutorial island, for people who don't already know.
