For 15 days, that's way behind. You shouldn't have started on 99 fletching so soon you should have trained all to around 60-70, after 15 days i had over 500 total on a f2p level 3 skiller. all your stuff was handed to you on a silver platter, and you're not even doing that well with it.

I'd start working on non-buyable skills after 99 fletching, it will get you a lot more respect amongst other skillers.
