One of the stews worked, 64 smithing. You need 65 smithing to make this item. I was like: GRRRRRRRRR! So, I am taking a break to cool down. And I wanted to get 52 herblore, just to have it at 52, so she givez me all herbs and w/f vials to get, as long as I get seconds and give her the pots.
