i have killed 20 and no rune med, in avergae how much i need to kill to get one?

I get 2 rune meds in like every assignment.

Well its kinda random but when i used to kill them it was like 1 every about 65 sometimes you get them more often :

It is really all about luck but for its rare drop it is quite frequent for me about once every 30

I feel like it's more like 1 in 100. I killed many many lessers and didn't get that many rune meds. They are still one of the best f2p monsters.

On my old main Creame Egg I got 3 in a row ( :D ) so I think it's just pretty random.

Dont expect to get one on your 65th lesser. it is TOTALLY random. You might get lucky and get it three time in a row, you might get one very 65, you could even never get one. Its just about luck.

Well, I killed a few hundred in F2P and got about, oh, four meds at the most. :|

 

 

 

In P2P I got twice as many from half the lessers. :P But that was with a ring of wealth and they have rarer drops in P2P, making the rune med more common. In F2P, the rune med is the rarest drop for lessers, I believe.

 

 

 

But it usually is pretty random. It shouldn't take you that many lessers. Hopefully.

I got one in a 125 or so assignment. The most that I ever got was 2 in a row at the mage tower back when I was f2p.
