She kissed her the once, and if you take a look at the time Em tried to date Casper, Ash wasn't too happy about it. But... Ash definitely knows she feels something for Ash. She also kissed Ash once (in her sleep) and admitted to Casper she loved Ash when he told her he liked Brent. Being immature is a part of being mature.
