That is, it's not like "I lift it to x position and it pops", as I have to roll it in such a way that it does (also, it can be done at any elevation, the arm just has to turn). I can do it with most joints, especially my right ankle, but it's easiest with my right shoulder as the joint there is very loose to allow free movement. So, it's not something to check out, just a bad habit.
