I don't think photo-type pictures go well with abstract-type backgrounds. The styles clash.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Archer is in a nice pose but isn't actually aiming at anything that we can see.... which makes you wonder why the bow's been drawn....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The name and website have to be concentrated on to read as they have no contrast with their surrounding and where the black outline fades too much the lettering is hard to distinguish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All in all its frustrating to the eye, with no theme to think about....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take the archer to an outdoor scene which matches the style shes portrayed in, give her a target and make the words more readable.

get rid of the picture, get rid of the text.

ever wonder why they dont put black lettering on black material? because it would be hard to notice, same should aply to this.

I think going from what this sig is, and was meant to be, it looks good, you almost made the abstract work with the pic, but I agree with dyro, it would look better wiht another setting, maybe a target isn't necessary, but abstracts very rarely work with photos.

can't belive noone got on my case about brushing :o but i like the text blended and it DOES NOT need to be the focal point on a sig, quer skulll, it can be however you want it and i like it thisway so it does not cover up the background. The archer picture does not need a target to work, this is not a pixel sig, it is just a theme, 'arched'.

Slight problem from what I can tell: The archer's bow kind of blends into the background and isn't very distinct compared to the rest of the figure. :-?

i like making you look, if everything was so distinct, you wouldnt take time to look.

From what I can tell, you've learned too much over on RV and your style is garbage. You completely ruined the picture with the ugly render-cloud looking brushes, and you did a poor job of cutting out the woman with her bow. The text is horrible, and too wavy. It's got an evil theme and an evil name, and the style of text just doesn't match it. You tried to do something that "looked cool" according to what you and your friends style over on RV is, and you failed miserably.

I agree 110%. I've vowed not to flame anyone with out reason or new people, but hell stoked, you've been doing this crap for so long. Also, you don't pay atention to any C&C given , and just backlash at people who try and help you.

this whole time i thought that you were talking about that kid tv show so i didnt take the time to look at this topic.......The background is probably a little to much along with that picture in it
