Where would be the best place to get 99 range at and dont say pest control

Fire giants under the waterfall. Fav place in rs . Spent most of my three months of members there : .

 

 

 

But Blue Dragons in Taverley Dungeon and the Black Demons there are also good for high lvl ranging. Good exp (prayer as well from blues) and really good drops.

Id say fire giants, I spent 3 months there on my main getting 72-97 range (with breaks :D) it is a easy place to use, and most people are friendly there.

I'd also agree and say the Fire Giants under the waterfall. To gain access you need to do most of the Waterfall quest, you do not need to finish though, just in case you do not want the exp reward. I've been training there for a while now, and plan to continue training there. The drops pay for the arrows, the exp is great, and you might even get a dragon drop. :)

2 choices here fire giants or blue dragons in ogre city thats where im getting my 99 range for prayer xp and hides for crafting 25.7k blues which will get me around 80-83 crafting but people at fire giants are nice and f riendly ya people at dragons are [wagon] always trying to steal your dragons lol i know cuz i do it sometimes :P i might do half fire half blues blk demons ehh lousy drops all ive ever got there rune meds few rune chains 1 d med 85/99 range

I got 99 range at fire giants.

If you have the slayer level, dust devils might be worth a try since you would be there for quite a while, just getting to 99 could also earn you dragon chain or a left half.
