Tbfgraphx14
I'm wondering that too, because I don't have any access to any equipment, and I'm planning on taking working out without equipment seriously. Also if I'm 13 years old and weigh 85-90 pounds about how many pushups/crunches should I do a day? My friend said 500 crunches/100 pushup a day, not sure if hes right. Uh, your friend is either very, VERY strong or doesn't do pushups correctly. I think I'll go with the first one :P. Hell, aslong as you don;t strain or pull anything do as many crunches as you want :P Pushups, unless you can do them well, do "girl" pushups with many reps. Tbfgraphx14Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.

Uh, your friend is either very, VERY strong or doesn't do pushups correctly. I think I'll go with the latter :P. You don't have to be very strong to do that. You do them in sets. Generally as many as you can do, take a break, repeat until finished. As for the original question posed. Yes, you can basically do them daily. I would recommend taking 1 day off per week to let your muscles fully rest, but if you don't do a whole lot you probably don't need that day off. @runescapeloser: I say do as many as you need to see improvement. The more you do, the more you'll see. If you don't mind going at a slower pace then 50 pushups and 200 crunches a day is an easy workout and within a few months you should be able to see improvement. Don't forget to run to burn fat, or else you can have a six pack burried under fat. Also watch your diet, exercise is almost worthless if you're eating the wrong foods. Did you bother to read the thread or did you just throw in 2 simple exercises that have been mentioned again and again for the sake of 1 post count? assassin_696
I also have a question for you all: Can you do crunches and pushups daily? or only every other day just like weights? 3 sets of about 10-12 crunches or 18-20 pushups a day is absolutely fine if you're not lifting as well. I still try and do crunches daily though, simply because the abs are a hard muscle to train so hard that they need days to recover. It's possible, but hurts like hell. warren211
I used Wii sports to train my upper body :D gotta play for at least an hour, preferbly boxing so both your muscles are worked. I'm sure there are better ways to work out, but Wii is very fun for people who want a fun way to work out =) [hide=]tip it would pay me $500.00 to keep my clothes ON :( :lol:But then again, you fail to realize that 101% of the people in this universe hate you. Yes, humankind's hatred against you goes beyond mathematical possibilities. That tears it. I'm starting an animal rebellion using my mind powers. Those PETA bastards will never see it coming until the porcupines are half way up their asses.[/hide]Apparently a lot of people say it. I own. http://linkagg.com/ Not my site, but a simple, budding site that links often unheard-of websites that are amazing for usefulness and fun. For someone who owns their own forums, you really don't know a lot about them, do you? This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
