im in a race to lvl 100 whit a couple of clanmates but i dont realy know what to train on im training on lvl 50 spiders in SoS now but i want something whit good drops(after one of us reaches 100 we give dropparty)

stats are 78 att 77 str 74 def 77 hp 56 pray 64 mage 50 range and i need 80 in all melee stats+64pray

Those spiders you're training on now are your best bet :)

Well if you want to afk train then you have to sacrifice drops. Go for spiders for afk or ankous for the runes

Good drops = lesser demons and what many high level non-members train on, ice giants! Try them out.

The fastest training in F2P happens when you are hitting something almost

 

constantly and don't need to stop for food or bank runs.

 

 

 

So, if you are not hitting the monster on almost every swing

 

and/or you have to stop for food or bank runs

 

then you are not training as fast as you could.

 

 

 

In that case, switch to some lower level monsters in the SoS.

 

You earn melee exp according to the hit that you do and not according

 

to the level of the monster that you just killed.

 

So, a steady supply of lowbie monsters offers fast/cheap training.

Well, in F2P the best training drops come from MG, IG, and LD.

 

But those monsters won't offer the fastest training.

 

So, you need to decide what you want, Speed or Loot.

If you are rich, buy enough big bones to get the prayr levels for it 8-)

i dunno sure, but aren't ice giants good too?

 

they have some 'good' drops and drop big bones, good for ur pray too.

Get ur defence up as that will be quicker than the other levels cuz it's only 74. And ditto with the prayer level if you can afford.

Go train on flesh crawlers, they drop body runes, or if you want bones for prayer, (it helps raise combat), go to crandor island and train on moss giants.

Flesher crawlers lvl 41 is actually the best training
