wheres the best place for me to get lvl 3 clues?

Featured Replies

ive tried hells, green drags and werewolves, and none of them seem to drop clues at all for me. should i try harder with these monsters, or is there a better place/monster to get them from

come on just a simple "try harder" or "go here..." would do, jeez, not like im asking for a kidney

I usually range hellhounds. My ranged is 66. I usually get a clue every hour or two :):)

i always go to the hell hounds for clues

How long do you usually give a hellhound to drop a clue? It's not like they drop clues at the rate guards drop coins...

Hell hounds aint to bad for the drops , but they fail to give you any other enjoyment since they drop nothing else.

I would advise going to Ankous as they have Deaths and bloods for drops and are quite good for clues.

Blue dragons or aviansies imo, great money while getting a clue  .

I am about to try avaiansies myself but I have had great luck with blue dragons and consistancy with green dragons. Hellhounds are said to drop them pretty constantly. If you have killed more than 100 without a clue drop then you really need to search your bank to make sure you don't already have one because I am sure you know you cannot have more than one at a time.

I get them often from Jellies. Also, they drop rune full helms quite often, which is a nice perk. ::'

Also, there is even a safespot to range/mage them from. Just be sure to have the slayer level to kill them before you head out.

I usually use jellies too, they keep me entertained, but I do use food on them, although a load of swordies lasts me an hour and a half to two hours.

Hellhounds and Jellies are the main 2 I go for clues from, then I get a bunch of random clues from things like blue dragons, Abby specs and Dag kings.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

jellies or hellhounds.

Plus one on the jellies front.

If you've got the slayer level for them, they are by far the easiest level 3 clue dropper.

Myself, I just stick to slayer tasks, and Average a clue every 3-4 hours mostly. (which is enough for me)

Best of Luck!
