April 3, 200521 yr if it's done on the PC (GTA:VC and GTA 3 are on PC now..GTA:SA will be coming later) then it's easy. There's different programs you can use to change the files (skins, weapon info, physics and much more). Heck I've turned the rocket launcher into a multifiring one, the sniper rifle image looks like Halo. I have Master Chief that replaces Tommy..

April 5, 200521 yr i have a sneaking suspision that not only does gta left you break the laws of man but it lets you break the laws of physics!!!! The grinding thing on the barbwire fence was sick though :P

I'm sticking by what I said though. The end where he slams into the telephone pole, leaps off his bike, and stands back up... and his bike is leaning perfectly against the pole :shock: .
