Lol, I remember this. you could climb up the inside ladder in Fally castle from the outside, and you'd end up in the black area outside the buildings... I got a newbie character stuck up there lol..

I have a treat for all of you! It's your lucky day! I just happen to LOVE RS history and have been stockpiling screen shots for years. I will post more later, but let me start off with giving you my most prized possession.

I'm sorry I don't know the exactly when this is from. The image on my computer is just named "runescape_map.jpg" instead of the month and year it's from like most rs maps.

 

 

 

Yep, I was actually playing when this map was released. Have fun trying to figure out when it's from. You could try by checking the dates of when things that are not on the map were released.

 

 

 

Stare at the map, it might take you a minute or five to realize all the things that are missing. Let me help you out...

 

--No morytania, elf lands, troll or ice areas, castle wars, duel arena, most of the desert, no fremmy area or fremmy related isles...

Oooo nice map! I will stick that up in a sec! just wanna see if i can work out how old it is first :P

I love always love te login screen themes. I liked the old fally and old varrok more tbh. But gotta make the new comers happy I guess...

Heh, I remember the farming log in screen. I was so excited about it because I thought it was f2p. #-o

I think it is time to bring back this thread due to the new MAJOR update. I unfortunately was unable to find my latest map before the update to add to the collect. Hopefully somebody else does.

Small bump so people can see the pretty old stuff :)

 

found a picture of the "old" wilderness, here it shows the old graphical style of zombies and the wilderness skull and level really close to each other (think they had this during rs2 came out?) :-k
