So its better than guthan +whip? i know how verac works, but is verac better to use or guthan + whip on bandos...thats my question. Flail aint much fo a weapon ..
October 27, 200718 yr Did you even read what he said...of course a Whip is better than a Flail just alone but if you have full Veracs with the Flail it has the effect to ignore armor/prayer. That will probably make it easier to kill him and it also has a prayer bonus.

That will probably make it easier to kill him and it also has a prayer bonus. I know Now can someone tell me please if 4 players lvl 104+ using verac will be effective against general graador?
October 28, 200718 yr you wont be effective you will just downright slaughter him, 2 people over level 100 with veracs can take him easily. also soloable at higher levels
October 28, 200718 yr crush attacks in my experience work alot better than stab/slash against this massively str/tank boss flail has crush style and with the ignoring armor/prayer feature it is better to use than whip... ps: never take guthans to gwd if you're going to fight a boss if you decide to take whip, wear verac for pray bonus or torag for defensive reasons but in my experiences flail has been quicker/more effective against bandos
October 28, 200718 yr Author the two who posted last.....thank u ALOT !!!!!!!!!!!THAT WAS REALLY USEFUL INFO! But assain, with downright slaughter, do u mean that we can take bandos at ease? ( like take him without fear lol) We are these lvls: 108 - me 104 - anotha friend 104 - anotha friend 117 - anotha friend 109 - anotha friend - ( might not be able to wear verac, any suggestions on what he can wear?) Others comment if we can take bandos easily with 4 of us with verac set plz:)
October 28, 200718 yr yes i mean easily, i was there with a few friends and it was 5 of us. we got like 4-6 kills, cant recall. none of us even had veracs so it should be a lot easier. with veracs you can solo at higher levels so it should be pretty easy. for your friend without veracs id wear torag, might bring a karils top. if he gets attacked by general he can switch to it. the mage in there can do some pretty nasty damage since its better to wear melee armor. actually you all might want to bring a karils top incase the mage hits alot. since your prayer melee against boss you wont need the melee bonus as much. you wont have the effect buy your friends will and they can still do a lot of damage. whoever is not fighting the boss needs to use range prayer and once the ranger is dead use mage.

The meler is lvl 117 with lvl 90+ defence. Also we all are over lvl 104+ Is this possible please? If not why and if it is why is it? I really not seen people talk about killing sergeants first, is it that they might respawn back? And hers my thoughts about wearing magic defensive armor to protect from sergeant steelwil ( mage sergeant) ... IF we use karil top and bottom/Black body and chap....we cant use verac special effect. But about the meler, if general attacks him will the mage attack him too? And another question , is ther a way to get the general to attack certain player? or is he random like zamorak boss
