It has a water supply, cooking range, bank, and most importantly the shrine that restores prayer and boosts max HP. It's where I go to restock and heal while killing dusties. Since it's fairly deserted it's a very good place to get away from the masses. I've killed over 20,000 dust devils while training to 99 attack and have still not gotten a dragon chain.
