3D Max Render with about 3 hours of photoshop play'n'round.

Wanted to make this wallpaper size but it just looked like crap on the top so i cropped it off.

I like how this turned out. Tried pink/purple for something different and new. Since i mostly just do blue.

Comments welcome.

Like i said on msn its realy plain. The color... its just like all one color. mix it up a bit. and i'm not realy getting the name "elemental abyss" common, thats worse than some of the names I'VE came up with

not bad on the render though. but than again renders in C4D are kinda easy :P

It's.. something about the monotone and the brushing I don't like.. the text is good though and the render is.... nice. What does the binary say?

the 2d is very nice but as stated before its way too plain.

Just make a new layer, hit blend to overlay and brush colour in. It'll be really nice if you do that.

Wow, I think that is great!

the whole thing is good, even the way you've placed the text, i have to say i'm not an abstract expert, but i like it a lot

Even if it does look plain, I still like it ;).

I'd suggest somehow trying to add a few more colors in to it though, even if they don't stray far from the current hue.

Its a 3d max render.

Im horrible at naming stuff so i normally just think of something that sounds cool.

2d shows potential, 3d is a waste of time...

 Not cool...

Pretty nice :)

It looks a little crammed and busy. The colours are dull and the contrast seems low, and the black bar kills it. The 3D isn't bad though. I think it would look better if you made it into a sig, and then re-coloured it and added a bit more contrast. I also like the airbrushing and creativity on the text.

Don't take this too harshly, its still a great piece! You could make a fortune if you chopped it up and sold them (lol.. 'pulling a dave')

PS: OMG its been a while since I've seen ya :o

Played with the colors and contrast just a bit.. hope ya don't mind. I was bored.
