Lord Diddy
Over 1 million members are successfully playing runescape. I trust Jagex even though I had some little billing problems, its safe.

icecube
Paybycash is pretty trustworthy imo. But sending cash through the mail is risky on its own. Lots of ways it could be stolen.
Bobbington
it's perfectly safe, the server is encrypted not even Jagex have access to the info you send it, it's totally done via computers that can't be hacked. It's good to hear you where actually looking out for the secure server icon though, it's a shame how many people don't know to look for them. i lost 40 $ can because paybycash "didnt" receive the payment ... then jagex say they cant do anything . did pay with credit card to jagex and thats was okay .. dont trust paybycash unfortunately that is totally out of Jagexs hands as an external company, it was probably more to do with the postal service that it was not completed though.
