Slayer help!

I have 88 kalfights to kill, so I used this guide By Axe Man Jack:

 

 

 

Kalphites are one of the best assignments on your way to 85 Slayer. You get them fairly often and if you know how to kill them they are second only to Dagganoths as the best Slayer experience in the game. Obviously you will need a Cannon for them then take 3 super anti poisons, melee/mage/range gear, and full Guthan's and go to the area that has the Level 85 Kalphite Soldiers. This area is Multi so set up your cannon and let it rip. Take care to pick up and re set your cannon every few minutes so your cannon doesn't decay, and take a dose of anti poison when needed. While your here take advantage to load up with Potato Cacti for your herblore.

So I was wondering if regular anti poisons( I have like 100 in my bank) would work with my gear, and stats, on kalifight soldiers, or if I should just kill the lvl 40 kalfights.

yea, you can kill the lower lvl ones before you get to the 85 ones too

 

it may take more anti poisons just using the normal kind, but it should work fine.

If you use regular anti-poisons, take about 5-6 depending on your stats. There is no need for guthans/cannon. They would just speed it up.

If you're using regular (green) antis, I wouldn't advise going near the soldiers. They poison you every time they hit so you'd use an inventory of antis before you were halfway through your task. Only use super antis (pink) as they protect for some time. If killing the workers, you don't need antis.

it's worth making some super anti's. regular only protect you for 30seconds-1minute after you sip whereas super anti lasts for 10 minutes.

Yes, make the super antis yourself, they are a great help to let you stay longer. Guthans/cannon are not required, but speed things up as stated before.

 

 

 

You can also train on the smaller ones. Of course, they give less exp, but with your stats they should be a piece of cake. If you take on the big ones, (lvl 85) dont forget your food, as you WILL get hit a fair amount of time. When food/hp runs out, teleport away to Al-Kharid for fast restocking.

The small ones don't poison at all. SO even though it may be less xp, It's just so much easier.

don't do the msall ones, your passing up a really good slayer xp task.

 

 

 

Pray tank the big big ones, or do what you planned with the 85's. Yes you can use regular antipoisons but really, superantis are evry easy to come by, i'd say it's well worth just buying a few for this task.

 

 

 

Without guthans/cannon you're looking at probably two trips to finish the task, if i where you i'd make use of the "safespots" within the room, they're easy to find, the place where you can lodge yourself so only one kalphite is attacking you at a time, not all of them. Then you might last a lot longer.

 

 

 

If you run out of food with only like, 30 left, then id just go the small dudes, but never use them for your actual training, this task is too good potential xp to pass up like that.

if you dont have a cannon, and have over 40 to do, just skip them, they arent worth it for drops, and better xp can be had.

The workers (level 28) are not poisonous. Though I would recommend you either kill workers or burthrope (pretty annoying monster to kill if you ask me).

 

 

 

Normal antiposions are fine, but you may need many more then the 3 super antis suggested, possibly 6 or more would be fine.
