Hi I am currently trying for full void. I have 79 pest points and no armor or the mace. I am wondering if it is worth it? :-k

I got skirt and gave up (points to sig), mostly because I don't think it's worth it. Yeah, it looks cool, but you can get better bonuses with other gear and much less work.

Well, Its only good for a long term thing eg getting 90+ range

Probably just bragging rights and storing it in your player-owned house so people can see it whenever you have guests over. Other than that, it's really up to you to decide if it is worth the blood, sweat and tears.

Just what makes void armor appealing? As far as I can tell, it does not offer an attack bonus of any kind..

If you wear a complete set of void knight armour (you don't need a mace for the set), you will receive a bonus 'set effect' depending on the helm you have chosen to wear.

 

 

 

* Void melee helm: +10% to Attack and damage

 

* Void mage helm: +30% to Magic attack

 

* Void ranger helm: +10% to Attack and damage

 

 

 

That 1k points could easily level up something quite abit instead of using it on robes you probably wont use very long.

The range set is really the only practical set. Then again, it's only useful if you're going to be using it for a long time. I'm 100 points away from getting the full set atm which i plan on using for 99 ranged. Aside from that, the range set is good for pking, just check out 7 S O U L 7'S vids on youtube.

 

 

 

As for mage and melee, you lose some strength boosting gear with the melee set so i can't see it being that useful, and it only boosts mage accuracy, not max damage, so again i can't see it being that useful.
