Just rented COD4 for 5 days for the lulz. Going to do the campaign just so I'm prepared for MW2 (which is already paid in full).

 

 

 

Loving COD4. Almost done with campaign but I got bored and went over to multiplayer. Having a blast. :thumbup:

 

 

 

I am in love with this game. Having great luck with the sniper and I can't wait until I unlock UAV jammer.

Only 3 guns you need are M16, Mp5 and M40.

They are so much fun, a great variety for only 10$ -

 

Broadcast - A large news building with an outside area, great for all kinds of game modes.

 

China Town - Kind of an old school mobster/street fights great for alot of games

 

Creek - Sniper's and Stealth's heaven, very fun for all but sabotage unless your on the Spetznas

 

Killhouse - this place sucks to be honest

Broadcast is a solid map, good shotgunning/SMG opportunities

 

 

 

Chinatown is also solid.

 

 

 

Killhouse is quite a good map it's just that its only playable in free for all, team tactical and private matches.

 

 

 

Creek i'm not a fan of. The top of the valley with the buildings is a lot better than the bottom.

 

 

 

But yeah Broadcast and Chinatown are good.

UAV Jammer is near useless. When I'm on a class with it, I like to sneak around everyone, then my teammates that have Stopping Power respawns right by me and blows my cover...

Yeah that is a problem. One positive to come out of it though is that if they kill the guys with stopping power and see nothing on the radar chances are they'll come carelessly rushing in and you can easily drop them.

It seems like you need Stopping Power just to not get a negative K/D spread... I'll see what silenced MP5 with jammer can do.

Try using bomb squad till u get 32 for bandolier, that MP5 (s) steady aim, bomb squad, and jammer is one hell of a good set up for Search and Destroy + Hardcores

If you're running out of ammo with the MP5 use the M9 pistol. That gives you an extra 30 rounds as they use the same ammo.

Sniping on Hardcore it's incredibly useful, especially HC SnD.

1 of my stealth classes has uav jammer, 1 doesn't. One is used for ffa, and the chances of getting killed by someone who found you with uav is relatively low. Plus, I have uav on most of the time in ffa, so any advantage they have is removed by that. The other I use for hc games, other than ffa.

I finally want to buy the map pack after like what...2 years? Since all my friends have them...-.-

Just went 78-23 on ffa. I think that's my best. Not my best kdr, but my best kdr at 70+ kills on ffa. Oh, this was in a 15 minute match, by the way.

After I started using that setup I never get below third place on ffa. Except on 1 map that I suck on, I can't remember the name of it. I love the 74u because, even though it has less accuracy and thus less effective range than the mp5, most ffa combat is up close, and it will always beat a mp5 up close.
