I had a seventeen killstreak on Downpour. I was just running from dudes, too, and gunning down every mother [bleep]er I saw. Eventually I got trapped in a little aluminum shed on one of the team's spawn sides, but it turns out that wasn't so bad. Got like six more kills hanging out in there until someone realized, "Hey, we have grenades!"

I had a 31-3 Sniping before, it was on Crossfire and my team had all the main channels covered (lanes on both sides) and I was sniping straight down the middle, was easy pickens'

I had a 31 killstreak on Shipment suprisingly, just sitting behind some barrels and mowing down whatever moved.

Been doing a lot of noscoping and quickscoping lately, getting pretty good.

Yea I'll add you, I do a bit of no-scoping with my mates, one of whom is INSANE after having been taught by Zzirgrizz. :shock:

 

(If you didn't already know, Zzirgrizz is like the no-scope God ;) )

 

Here's his tutorial which starts off with an epic montage. Check 2.25-2.35, has to be the best no-scope of all time imo, not because of the distance, although it was a pretty long shot, but it's not a set-shot like the ones across overgrown, it's completely instinctive, and even a jump-no-scope. :shock:

I'm good at training newbies to get to grips with the basics of the game, but after that it's just skill. However I can give you some good tips about strategy and how to use the maps best, some of these things have taken me until 8th Prestige to find out, like Tactical Button Setup, I wish I'd used that from the start because it owns! I'll add you and help you out a bit, but I've got exams at the moment so I won't be on much. ;)

Nah, when you're starting you want a fully auto weapon, M16 may be considered overpowered, and for a good player it really is, but you have to be a good aim or you'll get slaughtered.

M16 can rape at any range as long as your aiming down the sight. Its just really terrible at hip firing, so as long as you dont use it on small maps you're alright.

I was playing 6 v 1 on shipyard tdm, my entire team rage quit from the last round, and I beat the other team using a m16. With steady aim that thing is unbeatable.

I just had a pretty funny game with a ragey Irish fellow. People were stealing his kills from all over the place, it was ridiculous. I saw him run up behind this guy, knife in hand, when someone else snipes the opponents head off. I think he lost it when I threw a stun over a wall and finished off someone that was in last stand, appropriately unlocked the Humiliation challenges with that kill. :lol:

Well as an example I managed to land 8 kills with an airstrike, on district of all places, the host and half the team rage quit and I was abused in the lobby for being a noob.

Dude ACOG and AK-74u is a horrible combo, you're using a mid-long range scope on a SMG, meant for low-mid range shots. Not to mention the quick shots and recoil make it close to impossible to aim efficiently.

AK-74u Is like most smgs ... When in scope .. No recoil.

The AK-74u has the worst aim sway of SMGs making it probably the worst for ACOGs... Admittedly I haven't tried it myself because the combination seemed so useless. Maybe on hardcore it could do ok.
