Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

The gripe I have with the G3 is that the knife is glitched if you have the silencer on it, which I always have. That and the way in which a modded controller turns it into the most overpowered weapon in the game.

I like using the G3 also to help me get my firing finger faster. Training for pistol action. 8-)

Just started using the G3 more than I was normally using it. IMO the best assault rifle <3:

I love overgrown for sniping. So much grass for cover, you can snipe from almost anywhere. Sniping from the buildings is almost pointless, you always get shot within a few seconds, unless you're crazy good.

Pipeline is fun too. I usually end up running through the tunnels, pausing every few seconds to listen for footsteps, and get behind enemy lines

I also started hc s&d. My favorite thing is when I'm in cover, behind a blown up car or something, because a sniper is covering the area I tried to run too, but I don't know exactly where he is, but then I see the flash of his gun firing and know exactly where he is.

Overgrown is an easy map to spot snipers in the grass, most of the time I out snipe people pronging in the grass.

I try and avoid lying down and sniping on Overgrown, it tends to make you easier to spot due to the height advantage people in the buildings have.

Not always, atleast it's not usually a problem for me. Here's an example of two spots I'm usually sniping against. Enemy snipers are almost always in the red area, or really close to it. But, I could be in the pink shaded area, have decent to great cover, and know where they're going to be, while they have to look around an entire street to find me, in which time I shoot them.

It's even easier on hardcore, because they won't be able to spot you on the map.

It might just be me being better than the people I'm playing against, though (not to be arrogant, I'm just usually a pretty good sniper in pretty much every game where you can snipe.)

Blue dots: sniping spots I like to use

Red dots: sniping spots I use when the game starts

Green dots: I like to climb onto the ledge of the window and snipe from there. It gives me a way bigger area to snipe.

I almost always snipe at the beginning of Overgrown matches.

Not related to Overgrown sniping, but this is my favourite class that I use the most:

MP5 w/ RDS

Desert Eagle

Frag x3

Stopping Power

Steady Aim

You should use M9 with MP5, you get some extra ammo.

Yeah I knew that but I dont usually run out of ammo since I run&gun a lot, so I figured Id stick to DEagle.

Is Steady Aim the way I should go with Perk 3? Im not sure what to use there, and I switch it up a lot, but recently I like Steady Aim with all my classes besides my Sniper, which I use Deep Penetration...

Other than the DEagle, whats the difference between the other pistols? The only things I notice is that the M9 has same bullets as MP5, and USP .45 has smaller clip, which is mentioned in its explanation.

Nothing. Its all looks. I think.

And Do as MC said. Use the M9.

There are quite important differences between the pistols.

M9-Lowest power, but 15 round clip and hip accuracy comparable to an SMG.

USP-Moderate power and 12 round clip but has hip fire accuracy comparable to an assault rifle.

M1917- Moderate power and SMG hip firing but only an 8 round clip.

Desert Eagle- Obviously high power, best hip fire accuracy in the game, but high recoil, 7 round clip, and, most importantly, no silencer.

My personal favourite is the USP silenced. Decent power and I can get the bullets out quick. Just make sure when you use it you dont hip fire with it.

I feel as if when the USP is unsilenced, I can shoot faster. I dunno, it's a weird feeling. Maybe its the sound?

Silenced M9 seemsawful when you try and shoot quick.

That's what I feel like! I have no idea why, but the silenced pistols just seem to fire faster for me lol.But I like the silenced m191 or whatever because I own with it

Im gonna start playing COD4 more because my new clan XGO supports that and not Gears of War 2 :(

Any tips?

What game mode are you primarily going to go with?

Well as it's a clan, I'd think they'd be playing HC S&D so try that.

Yahh I got my first prestige a few days ago ::'

My playing time was 01d 20h 18m

Is that good?

It took me a few weeks, but only because I dont really play much.... I barely play on weekdays :XD:

Im noticing a lot of people are using Juggernaut way more now...

I get mad because Ive adjusted my style of play to bursts with each gun enough to kill someone with normal health in one burst with Stopping Power. Juggernaut neutralizes Stopping Power, so it screws me up :XD:

I make sure I pop a few extra bullets into people if I find the other team is full of Juggerwhores.

It sucks that the PC version doesn't have prestige on it. I'm gonna be mega bored once I max out :( WTB this in the new version please? XD

I didnt know that o.O

There should be in MW2 though...

Speaking of MW2... I think its gonna be one of, if not the, best selling games of all time....

COD4 was considered the second best video game in history (right?). And now a lot of people know about the COD series, so basically its all the COD4 players, CODWAW players, and others who are going to buy MW2.

I hope MW2 will have game modes for up to like 30 ppl/game, which would be nice and possible.

But the one thing I really want in MW2 is split-screen online.
