There is no difference because it was already saved as a JPEG, so you couldn't do anything about the quality that had already been messed up. Next time, save it a a .png first.

 

 

 

TBH they are quite bad. Like Yaff said, get a package that gives you the right fonts and stuff. Don't know exactly where to get one, google it. Just be careful what you download, as always.

Now to expose my master plan. I knew they were bad (that part wasn't really a secret, i already mentioned it and a blind guy in a dark room could see that they were). I did this because I wanted tips. I have ben watching this forum and unlike rants, the gallery seems to have an intelligent community. I knew if you saw something bad, instead of "z0mg N0013 @13r+!!!", you would help out. Thank you for the tips, they have really helped, but I have one last question. STEP 7: Insert a textbox

 

First, you will need to download the runescape font. Download it here. You will need to unzip it and extract it to C:/windows/fonts/ If that doesn't work, open Control Panel -> Fonts -> File -> Install New Fonts and select the RuneScape font.

Save the file to wherever you download files to.

 

Open it when it completes, on the side there should be an option to extract or unzip.

 

Get the tryetype font file, right click and install (for vista at least).

 

 

 

Otherwise-

 

start>control panel>appearances>fonts

 

 

 

file>install in the window that pops up

 

 

 

locate your file and install it

EDIT EDIT EDIT: Alright, It's downloaded and unzipped thanks for the advice! This is the last problem on before I can do this. Will it just be a font on Microsoft Word and Paint, or will I have to basically scan the deepest darkest files of my computer.

Ok crits:

 

 

 

1) They're way too simple.

 

2) You need the right fonts and font colors.

 

3) Start spending a lil more time on them.

 

5) In the fake with the sheep, you have the words over the sheep but the in the chatbox, it shows that you typed it. :? Work on that.

 

6) The one where you're headless, it looks like you cut that out in MSpaint.

I use ImageShack, but I imagine Photobucket must be similar. Just click on the image and find the part that says "url for forums" or such, and copy and paste it here. Remember to have image tags around it.

 

 

 

Don't use the "thumbnail for forums" tag, though. i don't think I'm alone in saying that it's a bit annoying to have to click on thumbnails for every image.

I'm afraid Photobucket is slightly more advanced than Imageshack.

 

 

 

When you finish upload click: "IMG Code" and then copy that and paste it. You don't need to do anything else.

I'm not sure whether to use the image code or the HTML code. Ill try both.

Crop the browser stuff out so that all you have is the Runescape screen. We don't need all that black space :) . Otherwise, there you go. Work on them fakes.

Not exactly. I still don't know how to use the fonts and colors that I downloaded.

What program are you using to make these?
