While i have completed the mini-quest to access Ali's rune store, i have never really used it. But i was looking through the shop database on tip.it and i noticed that Ali's store is no longer selling runes at the discounted prices that it used to. Is this just an un-noticed side effect of the shop update that jagex hasnt fixed, or has the discount been permanently removed from Ali's "Discount" rune store?

Should the prices be cheaper then that of the market it would kill the economy for runecrafting, so I'd imagine Jagex were forced to nerf this store. Though I'm surprised the store isn't even slightly cheaper.

Can you still get the cheap runes by doing the sudoku?

Since the recent update, Ali's rune shop is USELESS. The only way to get cheaper runes from a shop is the chaos guy that tellys you to abyss, but you risk pk'rs. The CHEAPEST way to buy runes is from other players on forums , NOT the GE.

that shop used to be my favourite way of getting runes. sadly the miniquest to unlock it is totally pointless now.. well i guess solving rune sudoku is kinda fun.
