Allow both f2p and p2p have the new skill. Be able to summons things anywhere in the game.

 

 

 

Now think about that, if you could summons Imps at teh yew trees to kill autoers how funny would that be?

It would be pretty funny IMO. Im not talking like summonsing lessers, jusp little things like imps and chickens

Tons of people would summon at lumbridge to kill the noobs, the macroers are simply able to run away because they are programmed that way. And people would be killed out of the wildernis.

There are many magic spells cast over lumbridge to protect the newbs.

 

If summoning was brought into game, you wouldn't be able to summon monsters to hurt newbs in cities , believe me.
