I like the mystical feel to it, the smoke all around, the horse running through. As yaff2 said, the placing of the text is good, but the actual font doesn't fit in with the design, and the colour fades into the background a bit too much, so the ELMO part is a bit hard to read. The only things I would say could be tweaked are the left side,not as sharp as the right, and the render. Blend it a bit.)
