Very nice if you're just a casual boarder. My board & boots are hand-me-downs, a couple years old, but they fit and work well so I don't really care much about the brand name. :) I've been boarding for a few years now. Great sport. Yay, another Minnesotan! I'm thinking of starting snowboarding this year, the conditions are far from right though. (I've done both before). The only thing is is that you don't really have any 'grip' on the ground like you do in skateboarding. I'd love to get into more snowboarding, but I've never really lived anywhere (other than Germany for 2 years) that would be good for it. There are U.S bases in Germany, he got located to there. Since he is in the army we moved around a lot (every 2-5 years), Germany just happened to be one of the locations.
