tryto
Bring this: Pickaxe, axe, tinderbox, lots of food (the higher the better), bow, arrow (maybe 2) (bronze will do), spade and rope, also take either a charged glory amulet or some teleport runes, a plank and good armour (to beat the level 110). Roberthree
Does my weight matter on the traps? If so I'll just pray on the guard and wear monks robes.
TheAncient
Does my weight matter on the traps? If so I'll just pray on the guard and wear monks robes. Yes, that is a preferable option. I would bring Sara Brews, 1 Super Restore, 2 Antis. All 4 dose of course. I used the required materials + S Brews for the rest, I got through it only using about 6 full Brews IIRC Ever wanted to find street prices of RS items? Roberthree
hmmm, saradomin brews sound very nice considering I only need to kill one thing. I decided not to bring b2p or ancient mace because I can fish in the elven camp or so I hear.
Mr_Adam
The UnderGround Pass seems very easy to me after doing it the first time. But still go prepared. Use tip.its guide so you don't have to go thru UP 3 times, only 2.
meol
Antipoison potions are the most important thing you must bring, or else you'll die quickly and painfully. If you happen to get low on HP, you might also want to eat cooked rabbit (so you don't waste good food), so bring an axe and a tinderbox as well. Also, bringing light armour is much better than defensive armour, so you might want to bring a single ppot (4). This signature is intentionally left blank. Watch for leaf traps[/b]. The tip on axe/tinder is spot on. There are enough rabbits in there to recharge food. The other suggestion I would make is get multiple barrels of tar when the time comes to get tar. You'll need a barrel of it again when you do mourning's end. cat666
Always run when going over leaf traps. This seems to make them fail less. I still get poisoned almost everytime going over the tripwires so Lunars with Cure Me seems like a good option. Bring axe and tinderbox so you can cook rabbits. Trust the Gene Genie! Celestrana
An alternative to anti-poison is to use the Saradomin Prayer book that you get from the quest "The Great Brain Robbery". For one inventory spot, it can take the place of many anti-poison potions and all you need is you prayer points to use it. One disadvantage is that the Prayer book doesn't have the time effect, so you'll have to use it once every time you're poisoned. There are indeed plenty of rabbits that you can kill and cook to replenish your health. If you have the inventory space, bring a iron spit to cook your rabbit because it'll increase the cooked rabbit's effectiveness. curmudgeony
In terms of the poison, I've found that for me, it hits at str 2, mind you it lasts a while, but the last couple of times through there (doing roving and starting mournings pt1) I didn't take an anti and did fine. The real risk is blundering into leaf traps while poisoned. Tripwires there are only a few ones, but leaft traps are numerous.
