I finally found a Judge Gabranth render! I made a signature, using only C4D's and minimal brushing. But I'm not happy with the end result. The colors just don't suit it, and neither does the background in my opinion. Anyone care to C/C to help me get some new ideas and re-make it?

 

 

 

It's not bad, but tone down the lightness at the bottom, it's distracting and makes the image look bland.

 

 

 

Also, add some kind of cinematic border.

make the background more black and white maybe remove the red stains there totally not suiting it and make it less shiny

I think it looks like you've got a pretty decent signature behind a white blurry glow, it definately doesnt need it. if anything this needs some depth, the images in the foreground should be sharper or be more of a focal point..

 

 

 

I like it though very well done. Though Im not too clued up on this sort of signature making, im just judging it on my first impressions of this as a passer by.

As said before, that glow at the bottom doesn't really need to be there. i think you should lose the red in the bloodstains too.. there's a lot of green in the B/G behind the left one and it clashes badly. Aside from that, i think the background and the character look awesome. with a couple small changes it'll be a great sig.

try just playing with the colors because, its a nice sig, but yeah, colors dont match.

I would do colors closer to what his colors are. Maybe like a yellowy tanish?

Remove the glow, and also remove the red stains. That said, very decent sig.

As stated above several times, remove the glow, stains and make the background a bit darker. Also, make the rendor have more focus, he looks.. Iffy.
