December 10, 200718 yr It depends on the quality you save it as. A jpg can be as good as a png. It's just that ms paint automatically saves its jpg low quality.

Please don't talk about things you don't know. Anyways, its an ok first. There is a black line around the guy though that doesn't let it blend well, and the blue is too light for my tastes.
