I would of set it out more like this, seems like too much wasted space, plus too contrasting straight to white imo. It doesn't need to be too be so plain.

I would also recommend to do something about the white space, it doest add much to the banner.

 

And, if you finish something, Always use a border/stroke. It simply looks finished by using a simple black border. :wink:

 

 

 

Keep practicing, and read alot of tutorials to improve.
