I think it would be healthy for you to stop thinking so much. Just relax and enjoy your life. You seem like some sort of control freak about your beliefs and what you do. Let go of controlling and judging what you do, and just go with the flow, it will relax you.

All I can seem to gather from this moonspeak-like essay is that he is a Christian that likes anime and that he must post about it to make someone want to challenge him. This sentence in the beginning proves nothing more then that you are a troll:

"People don't get offended enough".

You expected to bring your idea's and views in here just to cause chaos and disruptions?

" I hate "Free love" I hate "Acceptance for everyone" I HATE "Peace" d*** "peace"! Peace makes people fat, lazy and soft. Enemies make people look, listen not grow complacent. "
So by these terms, you agree with 9/11, you agree with WWI & II, you agree with women who are beaten every day, with little children that either starved, sold as slaves, or even used as sex toys.

You dislike peace, acceptance, "free love". What a human you are?

Well, I have morals that I have to adhere to. I am enjoying life.

In all actuality, I'm just blowing off a little pent up steam. My image is as carefully created as my imagination shell. I'll only leave it if I will get away with it.

I'm evil, everyone is, its all a matter of how much you control yourself. And I actually prefer the short leash. When the master wants to hand out treats, often, you get the first share.

edit: to the post above me.

thank you. I would love to see EQUALITY but free love (sorry, lust) and my hatred of acceptance for all are different.

The beatings of women are cowardly, those who do are people who cannot accept reality, and have anger problems, thusly, they lash out at someone they depend on.

And no, I can't disrupt, because I will be forgotten within a month. I don't come here too often. And as for a troll, apparently I'm only a troll here. Because trolls don't bring in more than there own ideas.

No one can understand me, that's good to understand.

because I see what is around me and despair, it feels better than being understood by those I rather not be around.

There is no such thing as evil. To be evil is to do something with no reason. We all have a reason for our actions. Whether they be in a positive light or a negative dark, in the end we all have a just cause for ourselves. No, you are not evil, you are only trying to play an 'evil hand' because you see that a balance is needed. But remember this: The darkness cannot enter the relm of light.

And I actually prefer the short leash. When the master wants to hand out treats, often, you get the first share.

Ever heard the quote: "Man is the master of his own fate"? It is true. There is no one tugging at your leash but yourself.

No, a troll does bring their own ideas, but not at the hopes that someone will snag on their idea. For that only means you wish to create a chaotic enviornment where people cannot get together. Bring your ideas and let them be challenged, but do not think for a moment that you have a right to gain attention through them.

If I'm master of my own fate, why do I even live? I prefer to honor WHO created me. He will reward according to what pathetic effort I make in this life. I'm trying to make people think.

The darkness is in every man's heart. In Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness, The "Horror" that Kurtz says is his own dark heart, not someone else's. According to your logic (if I fathom in correctly) the muslims who have killed and raped thousands of Christian WOMAN for the mere crime of being Christian, is that evil. You talked about wife beating, you made it sound evil. IS ^ Evil? They thought about it. They believe they are doing good.

My realm of light is constantly beset by darkness, and it gets in quite easily.

Hey, maybe you should try adhering to your own weaboo mindset, and accepting the Japanese cultural and religious belief that the human is not inherently evil? Christianity doesn't seem to be cutting it for your sanity.

You live because your mother and father conceived you through a biological reaction in which an egg came in contact with sperm which created life.

Why, may I ask, are you bringing Muslims into this? It sounds to me as if you are trying to use a scapegoat here. The raping of a woman for the sole reason of her religion is giving a reason to an actions. In their minds, it is justified, thus not evil. What you mistake that for is hate. People hate these actions, thus giving a reason for people to view it as evil, when it is not truly evil. The raping of a women is solely a 'bad' thing in the eyes of our society, which I agree with.

And what is darkness to you?

If Christianity were sane, would people follow it?

And I am most certainly not for much of what constitutes Japanese Culture. I.e. their extreme work ethic, some of their concepts of honor, and their religion is just wacky.

Edit: to the post above mine:

Darkness to me is evil. Hiding one's head in the sand and letting things like that happen... that is also a self-destructing darkness.

Dear Lord those are human lives! People, just like you and me! People who have morals, whose reason for living is being destroyed because of religious preferences.

Darkness is being too cowardly to look life in the face and say "I don't care what people say, that is evil" Can you really do that? Declare, like I'm doing 99% against the crowd, and say I've got truth, I have something to say, and I won't change it for any human!!!

I perhaps could have seen where you were coming from, if this was not born out of anime.

Signature3.gif

With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

Then let me give it a shot :-k .

This kid, after watching most likely hundreds, maybe thousands, of hours of anime, detached from the world, came to accept the duality of light and darkness that is prevalent in near all animes. The kids problem is though, the real world is not black and white, a concept he can not come to grips with after living a life of anime. The real world comes in all shades of gray, rare if ever is something found pure.

He thinks everything is "the good guy versus the bad guys", the surpression of "darkness", the triumph of righteousness, the protaganist, him.

That, and he's a tad off the deep end. Must have gotten bullied in school or something, at least from what I'm reading.

What a ridiculous thing to base life on, anime. At least realize reality through reality.

Hey, Xewleer.

Got to agree a bit with other people here. Especially after having read your stories, I've got the same idea that you view the world in black and white, which really isn't reality. Instead of writing an essay on how anime has influenced your view on the world with its light/dark themes, try thinking on the shades of grey in the world and what it is really like; the constant moral decisions that we face every day. Choices are not presented to us in pairs, good and bad. They are flung at us in waves, and you can't sit and take the time to find the morally pure one, or even the mostly morally pure one, because it just isn't there. Once you can come to grips with that and accept that the decisions you make will never be one hundred percent right or wrong, you will be at a much better place.

There is no 'evil beast' inside of you. There is your own moral compass, and no matter what its foundations it is the best tool for helping you make the best choices in life. And by best I don't mean good, but rather the choice that will impact you and the people around you in the most positive way and will rest easy on your own conscience.

I'm sorry to burst your ill-placed assumption of me, but I know evil from good from the Bible, a long time ago. I have been so seeped in it that I cannot but see the world as black and white.

So, according to your own philosophies, you should be agreeing with me because, I have my own sense of right and wrong and thus, my own moral compass and it only points north and south, in varying degrees.

I am tired and will retire for the night.

I'm not trying to tell you where your moral compass should point. I'm just trying to say that you will never be able to achieve the perfect, pure good choice. The world of choices is not split between north and south. it is in the NE-SE range, always. It's okay to have an ideal to strive for, but you just have to recognize that you will never achieve it absolutely.

I'm confused.

What is anime?

I always thought it was just cartoons in a different style, but I've seen all sorts of dodgy posts like this, so what is it?

And please, for God's sake, tell me bluntly.
